Also included, free of charge, for Fitness & Wellness Planning + and Fitness & Wellness Planning ++ clients once a plan is purchased.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a consultation with Pro Fitness Results, LLC. Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to all scheduled bookings: All consultation bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. It is your responsibility to initiate the Zoom call at your scheduled time using the link provided after booking through the email you submitted. Each session is limited to 30 minutes and will not be extended due to late arrival or missed time. You can cancel your consultation 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In cases of unforeseen circumstances or if otherwise necessary, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion or may cancel completely. The latest a client can book a consultation is 24 hours before the preferred date. The earliest a client can book their consultation is 28 days prior. Please be in a quite area and please be respectful and prepared for any questions that you may have. Each consultation is a standalone service and does not include a follow-up unless otherwise arranged. By proceeding, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
